Service Description
Terms and conditions - Vouchers can be used for any treatment on any day, vouchers must be used in one session and not To be broken up. Please note vouchers are only valid for 6 months, have an expiry date on and logged and signed by us. Please write in the notes which treatment you would like, A deposit isn't taken for you to book you gift voucher which means If you do not show to your appointment or cancel within 48 hours then that means your gift voucher will be void.
Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, you are accepting and agreeing with O’Beautys policies. If cancelling your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. If you cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment. you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment you were booked in for. If not paid you will not be booked in again. No shows will not be tolerated, full payment will be charged from your card or you will not be booked in again. Please understand I have to do this to protect me and my business.
